Welcome to Alon Town Centre
Alon Town Centre is a new mixed-use retail and office development in
North San Antonio, Texas. The Alon trade area contains some of the most
affluent areas of the city. The project consists of approximately 225,000
square feet of retail and restaurant space, and 85,000 square feet of
luxury office space.
Alon Town Centre will be anchored by the HEB Alon Market, which is HEB Grocery
Company’s fresh new store format featuring many of the characteristics
of the highly regarded Central Market format. In addition to HEB, Alon will be
home to Barnes & Noble Booksellers as well as a collection of distinctive
shops, restaurants and cafes in an urban village setting. The focal point of
Alon will be the Central Plaza with a fountain, extensive landscape and seating,
and a cluster of patio restaurants.
Situated on the second and third floors above street level retail, Alon’s
premium office spaces provide the perfect setting for professional offices. Smartly
